Strategi Pengelolaan Sekolah Lansia Salimah Melalui Optimalisasi Fasilitator

Pertumbuhan populasi lansia di Kabupaten Sukoharjo menunjukkan urgensi akan penguatan kapasitas edukasi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Program Sekolah Lansia Salimah (Salsa) yang diinisiasi oleh PD Salimah Sukoharjo mengalami keterbatasan pelaksanaan akibat minimnya fasilitator yang terlatih. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalisasi peran fasilitator melalui intervensi terstruktur berupa sosialisasi, edukasi, pelatihan, kunjungan lapangan, pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Metode partisipatif berbasis komunitas diterapkan, melibatkan 12 Pimpinan Cabang (PC) Salimah sebagai sasaran utama. Hasil evaluasi pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta secara signifikan (p < 0.001), disertai pembentukan unit Salsa aktif di wilayah Bendosari. Tim fasilitator terbentuk di seluruh PC, dilengkapi dengan modul pelatihan dan didampingi secara daring pasca kegiatan. Program ini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kapasitas komunitas dalam penyelenggaraan pembelajaran lansia yang sehat, mandiri, dan produktif, serta mendukung capaian Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) perguruan tinggi.
