http://journal.univetbantara.ac.id/index.php/ijimm/article/view/4586

Citizenship Education requires learning strategies to be developed, namely Values Clarification Technique (VCT) and social science inquiry. Another factor that has an impact on learning effectiveness is the cognitive style which consists of field dependence (FD) and field independence (FI). The research aims: first, to find out the differences in the acquisition of tolerant values with the application of values clarification learning strategies and social science inquiry; Second, knowing the difference in the value of tolerance for those who have FD and FI; And third, knowing the interaction between the application of learning strategies and cognitive styles in the development of tolerance. Experimental research with a quasi-experimental design. The research subjects were undergraduate level students who were taking Civics courses. Four classes were selected as samples using a cluster sampling, with a total of 149 students who became respondents. Cognitive style test and tolerance test as instruments. Data analysis using MANOVA. Conclusion: first, there is a significant difference in the tolerant attitudes of students between classes that implement VCT and social science inquiry learning activities. The class that applied the VCT strategy got a posttest average tolerance attitude higher than the social science inquiry class; Second, there is no difference in the tolerant attitude of students who have a significant cognitive style; And third, there is interaction between learning strategies and cognitive styles in the development of tolerance. Overall, this research contributes to increasing tolerant attitudes which end at the academic level and attitudes of students.

Keywords: learning strategies, cognitive style, tolerance
Atan PramanaAlim SumarnoKhusnul KhotimahAndi Mariono

http://journal.univetbantara.ac.id/index.php/ijimm/article/view/4592

Academic stress is mental distress due to stressors related to the academic environment. The study of academic stress on adolescents and students has been extensively researched and has become a topic of great concern. Academic stress is mental distress due to academic stressors. Prolonged academic stress will not only affect the lives of adolescents but has the potential to reduce academic achievement. The research problem refers to the Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) and whether time management can be used to reduce student academic stress. The research objective was to determine the effect of SEFT therapy and time management on reducing academic stress in students during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used an experimental method to collect data and an experimental design that used a pretest - posttest control group design. The academic stress measurement tool uses the student - Life Stress Inventory (SSI). Data analysis using one way ANOVA. The results showed that there was an effect of the three experimental groups SEFT, time management, SEFT and time management on reducing academic stress in adolescents at school. This decrease has a higher score than the control group. SEFT has the greatest effect on reducing academic stress compared to all other experimental groups and the control group with a significance of 0.011.
Abdul Aziz MuslimTri Wahyuni

http://journal.univetbantara.ac.id/index.php/ijimm/article/view/4787

In response to the evolving education landscape, this study investigates teachers' perspectives on the advantages and challenges of implementing the Flipped Learning Model (FLM). The research background acknowledges the increasing significance of innovative teaching methods, emphasizing the exploration of educators' experiences in embracing this transformative model. The main objective is to comprehensively understand how teachers perceive both the benefits and obstacles inherent in the FLM. The mixed-methods research design integrates qualitative insights from in-depth interviews with quantitative data obtained through structured surveys. The results present a nuanced depiction of teachers' viewpoints, revealing the multifaceted nature of their encounters with the Flipped Learning Model. The findings underscore perceived benefits, such as heightened student engagement and personalized learning experiences, and outline encountered challenges, including technological barriers and time constraints. In conclusion, this research significantly contributes insights to the field of education by providing a comprehensive examination of teachers' perspectives on the Flipped Learning Model. It emphasizes the importance of considering educators' viewpoints in ongoing discussions about educational innovation, enriching the discourse on effective pedagogical strategies in the contemporary educational landscape. The implications of this study extend to educational policymakers, curriculum developers, and practitioners aiming to optimize the integration of the Flipped Learning Model for an enhanced teaching and learning environment.
Singgih Subiyantoro

http://journal.univetbantara.ac.id/index.php/ijimm/article/view/4864

The reading degree program carried out regularly as a response to students' low interest in reading, is the background for this research. The main objectives of the research are to determine students' interest in reading before and after the program, to determine the role of a reading degree program in fostering students' interest in reading, and to determine the program's effectiveness in fostering interest in reading. Researchers used a quantitative approach with an ex post facto research design. In the research, researchers distributed questionnaires to 66 respondents consisting of students at SD Muhammadiyah 09 Malang in grades 4, 5, and 6 who were chosen randomly and then tested using descriptive statistics, normality, and linearity tests, and simple linear regression. The research showed that the reading degree program at primary school effectively fostered interest in reading among students. Furthermore, the reading degree program fosters students' interest in reading from the various sub-activities carried out so that, over time, students can be motivated and continue to carry out other reading activities in their daily activities based on the student's wishes without coercion
Raisya Rahma AdilahCucun SunaengsihDety Amelia Karlina

http://journal.univetbantara.ac.id/index.php/ijimm/article/view/4629

The aim of this study is for teachers to be able to implement the IKM program, especially in implementing differentiated learning strategies at the junior high school level in Banjarbaru City, because this is one of the core academic competencies of the IKM program that teachers need to master. This study uses an as-sociative method, with a descriptive approach, and the type of research is quantitative.
