Analisis Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) Pada Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Balikpapan

Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Balikpapan telah menerapkan SIMRS sejak 2015 dan sedang dalam proses migrasi menuju SIMRS elektronik terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi SIMRS pada instalasi rawat jalan RS Bhayangkara Balikpapan, dengan fokus pada identifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan atau kegagalan implementasi, termasuk kesiapan pengguna, kendala teknis, dan dampaknya terhadap mutu pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mendalam tentang tanggung jawab manajemen rumah sakit dalam pelaksanaan SIMRS di instalasi rawat jalan RS Bhayangkara Balikpapan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara kemudian di analisis dengan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi SIMRS di Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Balikpapan sudah baik, karena mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan medis, mempercepat proses pendaftaran dan rekam medis pasien, serta mempermudah koordinasi antar unit pelayanan. Hambatan berupa perangkat keras yang tidak memadai dan konektivitas internet yang kurang stabil dapat menghambat operasionalisasi SIMRS secara optimal. Solusi mengatasi hambatan dengan mengalokasikan anggaran untuk pengadaan perangkat keras yang memadai dan memastikan konektivitas internet yang stabil.
