Pengembangan Sistem Pendaftaran Online Terintegrasi Mesin Antrian Menggunakan Model Waterfall di Laboratorium Rekam Medis Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang

Penelitian ini mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem pendaftaran online yang terintegrasi dengan printer antrian POS untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan laboratorium di Laboratorium Rekam Medis Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan model Waterfall melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi pengguna. Hasil evaluasi performa menunjukkan penurunan rata-rata waktu pendaftaran dari lebih dari 10 menit (600 detik) pada proses manual menjadi kurang dari 5 menit (300 detik) dengan sistem online, atau peningkatan efisiensi sebesar 50%. Tingkat keberhasilan pencetakan nomor antrian otomatis mencapai 95%, dengan rata-rata waktu respons sistem 258s. Simulasi yang melibatkan 20 mahasiswa menunjukkan peningkatan keteraturan layanan dan proses pendaftaran yang lebih cepat. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model Waterfall efektif digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi kesehatan yang andal dan mendukung transformasi digital di institusi pendidikan kesehatan.
