Peningkatan Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling dengan Konsep Rencana Bantuan Studi Kasus di Sekolah Menengah Atas

This research aims to improve the guidance and counseling services at Budi Satria Private High School through the concept of an assistance plan based on a case study. The research method used is classroom action research with 20 students as research subjects who experience learning difficulties and require guidance and counseling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the concept of an assistance plan based on a case study can improve the quality of guidance and counseling services provided to students. This is evidenced by the increased motivation to learn, improved academic abilities, and enhanced social skills of the students. In conclusion, the use of an assistance plan based on a case study can be an alternative to improving the quality of guidance and counseling services in Budi Satria Private High School. Therefore, it is recommended that other schools also implement this concept to improve the quality of their guidance and counseling services.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Swasta Budi Satria melalui konsep rencana bantuan berdasarkan studi kasus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 orang siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar dan memerlukan bimbingan dan konseling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep rencana bantuan berdasarkan studi kasus dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang diberikan kepada siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya motivasi belajar, peningkatan kemampuan akademik, dan peningkatan keterampilan sosial siswa. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan rencana bantuan berdasarkan studi kasus dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif peningkatan kualitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Swasta Budi Satria. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar sekolah lain juga menerapkan konsep ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan bimbingan dan konselingnya.
