Revitalisasi Pemuda Ansor dan Muhammadiyah untuk Kepemimpinan Transformasional Berbasis Civic Engagement di Era Digital

Perubahan sosial yang pesat di era digital menuntut organisasi kepemudaan Islam seperti Pemuda Ansor dan Pemuda Muhammadiyah beradaptasi membangun kepemimpinan visioner, responsif, dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan masyarakat. Tantangan utama meliputi menurunnya keterlibatan pemuda dalam kegiatan berbasis nilai, berkurangnya interaksi sosial langsung akibat dominasi media digital, serta rendahnya civic engagement generasi muda. Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi revitalisasi kedua organisasi dalam membangun kepemimpinan transformasional berbasis civic engagement di era digital. Lokasi penelitian ini di Kota Magelang, Jawa Tengah, dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus melalui wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa revitalisasi dilakukan melalui optimalisasi media digital untuk kaderisasi, penguatan jejaring kolaborasi lintas komunitas, serta program sosial yang mendorong partisipasi aktif pemuda. Pemuda Ansor unggul dalam mobilisasi aksi sosial cepat berbasis jaringan wilayah, sementara Pemuda Muhammadiyah menonjol dalam produksi konten edukatif dan literasi publik digital. Strategi ini terbukti meningkatkan kapasitas kepemimpinan transformasional, memperluas jangkauan publik, dan menumbuhkan tanggung jawab sosial generasi muda, sekaligus menjadi model strategis bagi organisasi kepemudaan lain menghadapi tantangan kepemimpinan dan partisipasi warga di era digital.
