KAJIAN LITERATUR FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEPUASAN PASIEN RAWAT INAP DI RUMAH SAKIT

Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Tinggi rendahnya tingkat kepuasan pasien mampu menggambarkan kualitas pelayanan yang bisa berdampak bagi pelayanan kesehatan tersebut dalam meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji artikel atau jurnal hasil penelitian terdahulu tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah literature review yang berasal dari database Google Scholar, Portal Garuda dan PubMed dalam periode 2014–2020. Pemilihan literatur dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang ditentukan oleh peneliti. Berdasarkan jurnal yang dikumpulkan didapatkan hasil bahwa karakteristik pasien yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien adalah pendapatan, pendidikan dan jarak tempat tinggal. Dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien adalah tangibel, reliability dan emphaty. Faktor penyedia layanan yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien adalah pelayanan administrasi, pelayanan dokter, pelayanan penanganan nyeri, pelayanan laboratorium dan radiologi, pelayanan farmasi, citra rumah sakit, kebersihan toilet, layanan makanan, akomodasi kamar dan kualitas pelayanan.
