Tuberkulosis sebagai penyakit menular yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di Indonesia. Menurut WHO Indonesia merupakan negara dengan kasus tuberkulosis tertinggi kedua setelah India. Kasus Tuberkulosis di Kabupaten Magelang masih merupakan kasus yang cenderung fluktuatif. Analisis spasial merupakan suatu analisis geografis mengenai data penyakit. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan penyakit menular tuberkulosis secara spasial di Kabupaten Magelang Jawa Tengah Tahun 2018-2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan desain penelitian deskriptif. Instrumen berupa aplikasi Quantum GIS 3.14.0 dalam proses pembuatan peta. Subjek pada penelitian ini menemukan 1.608 penderita kasus tuberkulosis dari tahun 2018 – 2020. Data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder kasus tuberkulosis Kabupaten Magelang tahun 2018 – 2020 berdasarkan kecamatan yang terdiri dari 21 kecamatan. Hasil penelitian menunujukkan bahwa tahun 2018 – 2020 jumlah kasus tertinggi di Kecamatan Secang dan Kecamatan Grabag. Pada tahun 2020 terjadi penurunan kasus di kecamatan Secang. Berbeda dengan Kecamatan Grabag yang selalu mengalami peningkatan kasus. Gambaran spasial TBC berdasarkan wilayah kecamatan saling berdekatan dan berdasarkan kontak erat penderita yang dekat. Dapat memastikan bahwa populasi penduduk, wilayah yang berdekatan dan kontak erat dengan jumlah kasus tubberkulosis di Kabupaten Magelang.
