Abstract

Berdasarkan survei masih ditemukan ketidaklengkapan pengisian rekam medis gawat darurat di RS Muhammadiyah Selogiri yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan akreditasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis kelengkapan pengisian rekam medis gawat darurat berdasarkan elemen penilaian MIRM 13.1.1 SNARS Edisi 1 di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Selogiri tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan sampel 99  dan total populasi 6723  rekam medis gawat darurat tahun 2020. Metode penelitian wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kelengkapan review identifikasi 100%, Kelengkapan review autentifikasi 81,8% , Kelengkapan review pencatatan 67,7% dan pemenuhan elemen 1, 2 dan 4 terpenuhi sebagian dan elemen 3 terpenuhi lengkap berdasarkan standar MIRM 13.1.1. Pengisian formulir gawat darurat berdasarkan MIRM 13.1.1 SNARS di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Selogiri masih belum lengkap.
