Persetujuan tindakan kedokteran merupakan persetujuan yang diberikan oleh pasien atau kerabat dekatnya setelah mendapat penjelasan lengkap mengenai tindakan medis yang akan dilakukan kepada pasien. Bagi pasien, persetujuan tindakan kedokteran merupakan penghargaan terhadap hak pasien dan dapat menjadi dasar tindakan hukum terhadap dokter apabila terjadi penyimpangan praktik kedokteran. Sedangkan bagi dokter, persetujuan tindakan kedokteran dapat menciptakan rasa aman dan berfungsi sebagai pembelaan diri terhadap kemungkinan klaim dan tuntutan dari pasien atau kerabat dekatnya jika terjadi kejadian yang tidak diinginkan. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui persentase kelengkapan persetujuan tindakan kedokteran kasus bedah di RSAL Dr. Mintohardjo Jakarta Pusat. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan sampel 90 RM pasien kasus bedah pada bulan April 2021. Hasil penelitian : Kelengkapan persetujuan tindakan kedokteran kasus bedah diperoleh persentase kelengkapan sebesar 70% (63 RM) dan persentase ketidaklengkapan sebesar 30% (27 RM). Hasil ini tidak sesuai dengan Kepmenkes RI No. 129/MENKES/SK/II/2008 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit (100%). Simpulan : Penyebab ketidaklengkapan persetujuan tindakan kedokteran kasus bedah dikarenakan kelalaian DPJP yang tidak mengisi bagian isi informasi yang kosong dengan tanda (-) dan tidak melengkapi kembali isi informasi yang kurang kedalam tulisan untuk dokumentasi setelah pasien selesai menerima pelayanan kesehatan, perbedaan tindakan yang dilakukan kepada pasien.Downloads
