ANALISIS KESESUAIAN DESKRIPSI KERJA PETUGAS UNIT KERJA REKAM MEDIS DI PUSKESMAS KASIHAN I

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang : Deskripsi Kerja adalah pedoman bagi seseorang untuk melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sesuai dengan jabatannya. Beban kerja tinggi akan mengakibatkan produktivitas kerja semakin rendah dan mempengaruhi mutu pelayanan.
Tujuan :Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesesuaian deskripsi kerja pada petugas unit kerja rekam medis di Puskesmas Kasihan I.
Metode : Jenis penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen.
Hasil Penelitian : Petugas rekam medis di Puskesmas Kasihan I sudah melakukan pekerjaan sesuai dengan deskripsi kerja dan sesuai dengan kualifikasi serta standar kompetensinya, sehingga proses pelaksanaan pelayanan rekam medis sudah berjalan dengan baik dan terstruktur, meskipun masih ditemukan uraian tugas gandadi unit kerja rekam medis yang menyebabkan permasalahan seperti human error terjadinya missfile, hal ini dikarenakan masih terdapat petugas non medis yang membantu pelayanan di unit kerja rekam medis.
Kesimpulan : Kesesuaian Deskripsi kerja di unit kerja rekam medis sudahs seuai dengan uraian tugas dan berjalan dengan bai, sudah mempunyai rincian uraian tugas pada masing-masing SDM serta memiliki struktur organisasi khusus di unit rekam medis dan pendaftaran sehingga tidak ada tumpang tindih pekerjaan satu dengan lainnya.
