EVALUASI RANCANGAN APLIKASI HOMECARE UNTUK LAYANAN IBU DAN ANAK BERBASIS MOBILE

Telah banyak beredar aplikasi kesehatan untuk postnatal care di pasaran, namun yang spesifik menyediakan dan memfasilitasi layanan homecare masih sangat jarang. Dibutuhkan sebuah desain aplikasi layanan homecare ibu dan anak berbasis mobile untuk dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dan diimplementasikan di Indonesia. Desain aplikasi sudah yang dirancang, membutuhkan evaluasi dari beberapa calon pengguna yang nantinya menjadi masukan untuk memperbaiki rancangan aplikasi homecare ibu dan anak berbasis mobile tersebut.Paper ini bertujuan mengevaluasi rancangan mobile app homecare ibu dan anak. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner dan rancangan aplikasinya dibuat menggunakan figma dan disampaikan ke responden dalam bentuk video walktrough kemudian setiap responden diminta memberikan masukan. Rancangan aplikasi terdiri dari beranda, profil, layanan homecare, layanan imunisasi, layanan kontrasepsi, layanan menyusui, tips MPASI, konsultasi kesehatan ibu dan anak, dan perlengkapan kebutuhan ibu dan anak. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa mayoritas responden puas dengan desain yang yang sudah dibuat, seperti informasi yang tersedia di aplikasi, desain yang menaraik, teks yang digunakan jelas, dan warna pink yang disukai wanita. Namun, ada sedikit masukan dari pengguna untuk membuat desain menjadi lebih sederhana.
