Tinjauan Kuantitatif Mutu Rekam Medis Pada Formulir Discharge Summary Rawat Inap

Resume medis merupakan salah satu form yang wajib terlampir didalam rekam medis pada saat tenaga kesehatan seperti dokter dan dokter gigi memberikan pelayanan. Dalam kelancaran klaim JKN ditemukan masalah adanya ketidaklengkapan pengisian resume medis sehingaa terjadi adanya berkas pending atau berkas yang dikembalikan oleh verifikator BPJS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelengkapan pengisian resume medis terhadap kelancaran klaim JKN di ruamg rawat inap RSD Idaman Banjarbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 3.226 berkas resume medis bulan September-November tahun 2023 teknik pengambilan sampel dengan random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 356 berkas resume medis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan angka berkas resume medis yang lengkap dan klaim lancar sebanyak 16 berkas, berkas tidak lengkap dan lancar sebanyak 321 berkas, berkas tidak lengkap dan tidak lancar sebanyak 19 berkas, yang kemudian dilakukan uji chi square dan diperoleh nilai p-value 1,000>0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh antara kelengkapan resume medis terhadap kelancaran klaim JKN di RSD Idaman Banjarbaru. Walaupun tidak ada pengaruh antara kelengkapan pengisian resume medis terhadap kelancaran klaim, namun pengisian resume medis tetap diisi dengan selengkap-lengkapnya saesuai dengan peraturan yang ada, dan untuk meningkatkan kualitas resume medis serta kualitas pelayanan.
