Atensi Pengguna Mobile JKN dengan Pendekatan Model TAM (Technology Acceptance Model)

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di bidang kesehatan telah mendorong Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Mobile JKN sebagai sarana untuk mempermudah akses layanan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Namun, tingkat adopsi aplikasi ini masih rendah, yang mendorong dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi atensi penggunaan Mobile JKN dengan pendekatan Model TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (Perceived Ease of Use) dan persepsi manfaat (Perceived Usefulness) terhadap sikap pengguna (Attitude Toward Using) dan niat perilaku (Behavioral Intention) dalam menggunakan aplikasi Mobile JKN. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, dan data dianalisis menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik persepsi kemudahan penggunaan maupun persepsi manfaat memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap dan niat perilaku pengguna. Sikap positif terhadap penggunaan aplikasi terbukti menjadi mediator penting dalam memperkuat niat pengguna untuk terus menggunakan Mobile JKN. Hasil ini memberikan wawasan bahwa peningkatan adopsi aplikasi dapat dicapai dengan memperbaiki aspek kemudahan penggunaan dan manfaat yang dirasakan oleh pengguna
