FAKTOR- FAKTOR YANG MENYEBABKAN KETIDAKENGKAPAN PENGISIAN RESUME MEDIS DI PUSKESMAS PLERET BANTUL YOGYAKARTA

Hasil rekapitulasi Dinas kesehatan Bantul menyatakan bahwa data Puskesmas Pleret Bantul DIY menunjukkan pelayanan rekam medis menujukkan angka kelengkapan 81% dari yang ditargetkan yaitu 100%. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari ketidaklengkapan resume medis adalah angka review rekam medis menjadi tidak baik, terhambatnya klaim pasien BPJS yang membuat proses kelanjutan pengobatan terganggu karena riwayat pengobatan pasien tidak lengkap. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan ketidaklengkapan dokter dalam pengisian resume medis di Puskesmas Pleret. Penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Jumlah subjek lima orang yang terdiri dari tiga orang dokter, kepala bagian rekam medis dan petugas assembling. Penyebab ketidaklengkapan pengisian resume medis dari faktor SDM karena adanya oknum dokter yang menunda pekerjaan pengisian resume medis. SDM baru yang ada dipuskesmas belum mengetahui prosedur pengisian resume medis. Faktor material belum adanya kebijakan puskesmas dalam pengisian resume medis. Faktor metode belum ada SOP pengisian resume medis. Factor yang menyebabkan ketidaklengkapan dalam pengisian resume medis adalah faktor SDM yaitu adanya dokter yang baru dan kedisiplinan dokter yang menunda pekerjaan dalam mengisi resume medis, belum adanya kebijakan dari puskesmas dan belum adanya SOP pengisian resume medis juga menjadi penyebab dokter tidak melengkapi pengisian resume medis serta belum adanya reward bagi petugas pengisi resume medis.
