Penerimaan Rekam Medis Elektronik dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Mutu Layanan: Kajian Literatur di Fasilitas Kesehatan

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) dalam layanan kesehatan sebagai upaya meningkatkan efisiensi dan mutu layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerimaan RME oleh tenaga kesehatan serta dampaknya terhadap mutu layanan kesehatan digital melalui metode literature review sistematis. Sebanyak 25 artikel yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2019 hingga 2024 dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan serta dampak implementasi RME pada mutu layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, dukungan organisasi, dan kemudahan penggunaan merupakan faktor utama penerimaan RME. Penerimaan yang baik berkontribusi pada peningkatan efisiensi dokumentasi, percepatan alur kerja, akurasi data, serta keselamatan dan kepuasan pasien. Namun, hambatan seperti resistensi tenaga kesehatan senior dan keterbatasan infrastruktur masih menjadi tantangan signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif yang dapat dijadikan dasar strategi implementasi RME yang efektif di fasilitas kesehatan.
