Tinjauan Efisiensi Penggunaan Tempat Tidur berdasarkan Grafik Barber Johnson di Unit Rawat Inap RS PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Tahun 2024

Efisiensi penggunaan tempat tidur dapat dianalisis dengan grafik Barber Johnson yang menggabungkan empat indikator rawat inap. Berdasarkan survei pendahuluan di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Tahun 2023 menunjukkan titik Barber Johnson triwulan I hingga triwulan IV berada di luar daerah efisien. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efisiensi penggunaan tempat tidur berdasarkan grafik Barber Johnson di unit rawat inap RS PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan restrospektif. Subjek penelitian adalah Petugas Pelaporan dan Kepala Rekam Medis, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah Sensus Harian Rawat Inap. Teknik pengolahan data mencakup pengumpulan data, penyuntingan, klasifikasi, perhitungan, tabulasi, dan penyajian data, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa titik pertemuan triwulan I - triwulan IV di luar area efisien, artinya bahwa pemanfaatan TT di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar tahun 2024 belum mencapai efisien. Oleh karena itu, disarankan secara konsisten membuat grafik Barber Johnson guna mengamati efisiensi penggunaan TT, lebih mendisiplinkan petugas bangsal dalam pengisian SHRI elektronik, dan melakukan perbaikan terhadap menu output SHRI elektronik rumah sakit.
