Literasi Kesehatan Digital dalam Transformasi Digital Health di Indonesia: Literature Review

Transformasi digital health di Indonesia telah meningkatkan akses masyarakat terhadap informasi dan layanan kesehatan melalui internet, media sosial, telemedicine, aplikasi kesehatan, dan platform layanan digital. Namun, kemudahan akses tersebut belum sepenuhnya diikuti oleh kemampuan masyarakat dalam memahami, mengevaluasi kredibilitas, menjaga privasi, dan menggunakan informasi kesehatan digital secara tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji literasi kesehatan digital dalam transformasi digital health di Indonesia, khususnya dari aspek konsep, determinan, tantangan, dan strategi penguatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan pendekatan narrative review terstruktur melalui telaah artikel ilmiah, laporan institusi, dan dokumen kebijakan yang relevan. Hasil kajian pada 13 artikel menunjukkan bahwa literasi kesehatan digital merupakan kemampuan multidimensional yang mencakup akses, pemahaman, evaluasi, komunikasi, dan pemanfaatan informasi kesehatan digital. Literasi kesehatan digital dipengaruhi oleh usia, pendidikan, status sosial ekonomi, pengalaman kesehatan, intensitas penggunaan internet, serta literasi digital. Di Indonesia,tantangan utama meliputi rendahnya kemampuan evaluasi informasi, risiko misinformasi, kesenjangan akses digital, keamanan data, dan keterbatasan kompetensi digital tenaga kesehatan. Kesimpulannya, literasi kesehatan digital perlu diperkuat sebagai prasyarat keberhasilan transformasi digital health yang inklusif, aman, dan berkelanjutan
