Abstrak
Guru SD Negeri Pundungrejo 03 kesulitan menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan cenderung
menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran yang sudah ada tanpa modifikasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini
bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka
berdiferensiasi dengan pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) dan Culturally Responsive
Teaching (CRT). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara langsung di SD Negeri Pundungrejo 03 Sukoharjo.
Prosedur pelaksanaan pengabdian mengacu pada tahapan APTE (Analisis Kebutuhan, Pelatihan dan
Pendampingan, Tindakan, dan Evaluasi). Hasil pretest menunjukkan pemahaman awal guru tentang
pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis TaRL dan CRT masih rendah. Namun, setelah
pendampingan, hasil posttest menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan
keterampilan guru. Indikator keberhasilan terlihat dari kemampuan guru mengembangkan perangkat
pembelajaran sesuai tingkat berpikir siswa dan latar belakang budaya mereka. Guru juga menunjukkan
antusiasme tinggi dalam meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran.
