Penguatan Kompetensi Guru Abad 21: Pendampingan Penerapan Model TPACK di Sekolah Dasar"
Abstrak
Transformasi pendidikan di era digital menuntut guru untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi secara efektif dalam proses pembelajaran. Model TPACK (Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge) menjadi kerangka kerja penting untuk membekali guru dalam menggabungkan penguasaan teknologi, pedagogi, dan konten pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan intensif kepada guru Sekolah Dasar dalam memahami dan menerapkan model TPACK dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi konsep TPACK, workshop penyusunan RPP berbasis TPACK, dan pendampingan implementasinya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa guru mengalami peningkatan pemahaman konseptual dan mampu mengaplikasikan pendekatan TPACK dalam pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif, kontekstual, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa abad 21. Implikasi kegiatan ini mengarah pada perlunya program berkelanjutan untuk memperkuat kompetensi literasi digital dan pedagogi inovatif guru.
