Faktor Faktor yang Mempengaruhi keakuratan data sensus harian rawat inap pada SIMRS di rumah sakit rafflesia bengkulu tahun 2022

ABSTRACT
SIMRS is a strategy to achieve the goals of hospital administration. Based on the initial survey in the Medical Record Room of the Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu, there were 231 manual patient data, while electronically (SIMRS) there were 441 patients, the data gap could be caused by several factors, including the officer inputting patient data more than once with the same patient, resulting in the occurrence of duplication in inputting patient data. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the accuracy of the daily census data inpatients at SIMRS. The method used is observational with a descriptive design. The subjects in this study were 6 SIMRS officers, the object in this study was 4 computer equipment. The results showed that half (50%) of officers (Knowledge) of using SIMRS were lacking, almost half (33%) were sufficient, and a small portion (17%) good. While the SIMRS mechanism (Method) is mostly (67%) not suitable, almost half (33%) are suitable. And completeness (Machine) mostly (75%) complete, almost half (25%) incomplete. Suggestion It is recommended that medical record officers attend training on the use and procedures for calculating inpatient daily census data correctly.

ABSTRAK
SIMRS merupakan strategi untuk mencapai tujuan penyelenggaraan rumah sakit. Berdasarkan survey awal di ruang Rekam Medis Rumah Sakit Rafflesia Bengkulu terdapat data pasien manual sebanyak 231 pasien sedangkan secara Elektronik (SIMRS) terdapat 441 pasien kesenjangan data tersebut bisa disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya petugas menginput data pasien lebih dari satu kali dengan pasien yang sama sehingga terjadinya duplikasi dalam penginputan data pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keakuratan data sensus harian rawat inap pada SIMRS. Metode yang dilakukan adalah observasional dengan rancangan deskriftif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas SIMRS berjumlah 6 orang, Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat komputer berjumlah 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (Pengetahuan) petugas dalam menggunakan SIMRS setengahnya (50 %) kurang, hampir setengahnya (33%) cukup, dan sebagian kecil (17%) baik. Sedangkan mekanisme (Methode) SIMRS sebagian besar (67%) tidak sesuai, hampir setengahnya (33%) sesuai. Dan kelengkapan (Machine) sebagian besar (75%) lengkap, hampir setengah (25%) tidak lengkap. Saran Sebaiknya petugas rekam medis mengikuti pelatihan penggunaan dan tata cara perhitungan data sensus harian rawat inap dengan benar.
