Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja tenaga kesehatan terhadap peningkatan kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Al Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian mixed metede dengan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data reduksi data display data dan penarakian kesimpulan untuk menjelaskan mengenai hubungan dan pengaruh antar variabel independen dan dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh kepuasan kerja tenaga kesehatan terhadap peningkatan kinerja tenaga kesehatan memiliki hasil yang positif berdasarkan hasil olah data yang menunjukan nilai yang terkategori tinggi
