Analisis Nilai Pendidikan Karakter dalam Kumpulan Cerpen Kompas Edisi November 2024

Perkembangan zaman telah membawa banyak perubahan di kalangan generasi muda. Salah satu perubahan yang berdampak signifikan yaitu kemerosotan moral atau dekadensi moral. Upaya untuk menginternalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dapat dilakukan melalui literasi sastra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang dapat digunakan sebagai objek internalisasi bagi generasi muda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui baca, simak, catat, dan analisis. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui Koleksi data, reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di dalam kumpulan cerpen Kompas edisi November 2024 memuat nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter, meliputi: nilai toleransi, nilai ketulusan, nilai tangguh, nilai berdaya juang, nilai kerelawanan, nilai menjaga kekayaan budaya bangsa, nilai apresiasi budaya bangsa sendiri, nilai cinta damai, nilai musyawarah mufakat, nilai memiliki empati dan solidaritas, dan nilai tolong-menolong.
