Peningkatan Pengetahuan Kader Kesehatan Tentang Vaksinasi Covid_19 di Desa Sumberagung Kecamatan Pracimantoro

ABSTRAK
Data hasil survey di Desa Sumberagung Kecamatan Pracimantoro yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2021 tentang gambaran tingkat pengetahuan vaksin Covid_19 pada kader kesehatan menunjukkan hasil 47 (94%) mempunyai tingkat pengetahuan rendah, 3 (6%) mempunyai tingkat pengetahuan tinggi. Tingkat pengetahuan kader kesehatan tentang vaksin Covid_19 sangat rendah, sehingga diperlukan tindakan peningkatan pengetahuan pada kader kesehatan dan tokoh masyarakat. Kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Puskesmas Pracimantoro I dan Desa bekerjasama dengan institusi pendidikan kesehatan adalah melakukan kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan tentang vaksin Covid_19.
Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini berupa transformasi ilmu tentang peningkatan pengetahuan Vaksin Covid_19. Hasil dari kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan tentang vaksin Covid_19 menunjukkan 45 (90%) kader kesehatan mempunyai tingkat pengetahuan tinggi, 5(10%) kader kesehatan mempunyai tingkat pengetahuan rendah. Saran untuk kegiatan selanjutnya adalah memberikan materi pendidikan kesehatan tentang 5 M untuk mencegah dan memutus rantai penyebaran covid_19 pada masyarakat luas.

ABSTRACT
Data from a survey in Sumberagung Village, Pracimantoro District which was carried out in June 2021 regarding the description of the level of knowledge of the Covid_19 vaccine in health cadres showed that 47 (94%) had a low level of knowledge, 3 (6%) had a high level of knowledge. The level of knowledge of health cadres about the Covid_19 vaccine is very low, so action is needed to increase knowledge of health cadres and community leaders. Activities carried out by Pracimantoro I and Village Health Centers in collaboration with health education institutions are conducting health education activities about the Covid_19 vaccine.
The method used in this service is the transformation of knowledge about increasing knowledge of the Covid_19 Vaccine. The results of health education activities regarding the Covid_19 vaccine show 45 (90%) health cadres have a high level of knowledge, 5 (10%) health cadres have a low level of knowledge. Suggestions for the next activity are to provide health education materials about 5 M to prevent and break the chain of spread of covid_19 in the wider community.
