Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat kepuasan kinerja anggota Kelompok Tani Muara Jaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan teknik pengambilam sampel simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara langsung dengan anggota kelompok tani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kelompok Tani Muara Jaya secara keseluruhan berhasil memenuhi harapan anggotanya dalam berbagai aspek penting yang mendukung keberhasilan dan kesejahteraan petani. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan skor rata-rata kepuasan yang tergolong tinggi pada setiap aspek yang diukur, yaitu aspek kelembagaan, ekonomi, dan sosial.
