Analisis Faktor Lingkungan yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Diare pada Balita di Kecamatan Kebumen

Diare merupakan penyebab kematian terbanyak pada balita di Indonesia. Kecamatan Kebumen memiliki IR diare balita tertinggi di Kabupaten Kebumen pada tahun 2020, yaitu 211,61 per 1.000 balita. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan desain kasus kontrol. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 34 kasus dan 34 kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner, lembar checklist dan lembar pencatatan. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square/ uji fisher dan uji regresi logistik menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa variabel yang paling berpengaruh diantara variabel lainnya adalah kondisi sarana pembuangan tinja/ jamban. Uji bivariat menemukan bahwa ada hubungan antara jenis sumber air untuk minum (p = 0,026), kondisi jamban (p = 0,029), kondisi sarana pembuangan air limbah (p = 0,027), kondisi tempat sampah (p = 0,038), dan tingkat kepadatan lalat (p = 0,015) dengan kejadian diare pada balita di Kecamatan Kebumen. Variabel yang menjadi prediktor utama kejadian diare pada balita adalah jenis sumber air untuk minum, kondisi sarana jamban, dan tingkat kepadatan lalat.
