Sop Iga Madu Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Dalam Menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Satu Lembar Bagi Guru SDN Sawangan 1 Kecamatan Sawangan Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan SOP IGA MADU untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP satu lembar di SDN Sawangan 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan sekolah (PTS) yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 6 orang guru kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah teknik tes dan non tes. Alat pengumpul data dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi dan dokumen. Teknik analisis data ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif sesuai jenis data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kemampuan guru dalam menyusun RPP satu lembar mengalami peningkatan. Hasil penelitian pada akhir siklus I menunjukkan bahwa: Kegiatan workshop yang diadakan pada siklus pertama pertemuan pertama menunjukkan hasil yang sangat menggembirakan dari perbandingan skor rata-rata pre test 73,33 dan skor rata- rata post test 90, sehingga terjadi peningkatan rata-rata skor 21,66. Hasil kegiatan pertemuan kedua berupa pendampingan individu dengan kriteria keberhasilan pembimbingan minimal pencapaian skor 90 bagi 100% responden, maka satu dari enam guru yang diteliti atau 17% yang belum mencapai skor minimal yaitu guru kelas dua. Sedangkan lima orang lainnya atau 83% sudah mencapai skor minimal.
Abstract: The purpose of the study was to describe the SOP IGA MADU to improve teacher competence in compiling a single sheet lesson plan at SDN Sawangan 1 for the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is a type of school action research (PTS) which is carried out in 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were 6 classroom teachers. The data collection technique in this research is a test and non-test technique. The data collection tools in this study were observation sheets and documents. This data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative according to the type of data. The result of this research is the ability of teachers in compiling one sheet lesson plans has increased. The results of the study at the end of the first cycle showed that: Workshop activities held in the first cycle of the first meeting showed very encouraging results from the comparison of the average pre-test score of 73.33 and the post-test average score of 90, resulting in an increase in the average score 21.66. The results of the second meeting activity were in the form of individual mentoring with the minimum success criteria of mentoring achieving a score of 90 for 100% of the respondents, then one of the six teachers studied or 17% who had not achieved the minimum score was the second grade teacher. While the other five people or 83% have reached the minimum score.
