Aktualisasi Pramuka Pra Siaga dan Proses Pembinaannya dalam Perspektif Pendidikan Karakter Bangsa

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan aktualisasi pramuka pra siaga dan proses pembinaannya dalam perspektif pendidikan karakter bangsa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualititif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan. Metode pengumpukan data menggunakan: kajian pustaka dalam bentuk hasil penelitian, journal, skripsi, thesis, desertasi dan buku-buku ilmiah lainnya yang berkaitan dengan materi yang diteliti. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif terdiri dari 4 langkah yaitu: pengumpuan data, reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ; berdasarkan hasil kajian buku-buku reverensi ditemukan bahwa: hingga saat ini pramuka pra siaga masih sebatas wacana, hingga saat ini belum ada aturan /paying hokum pramuka pra siaga, ada beberapa PAUD di jawa tengah yang melakukan latihan pramuka pra siaga, latihannya dilakukan oleh guru PAUD tersendiri, seragamnya masih menggunakan seragam sekolah PAUD amsing-masing, bentuk kegiatannya bercerita, menyanyi, tepuk dan bermain, Belum ada upacara pembukaan dan penutupan pramuka pra siaga, sarana dan prasarana menggunakan yang tersedia di PAUd masing-masing, waktu latihan integrasi dengan jadwal di PAUD. Simpulannya bahwa pramuka pra siaga perlu segera memiliki paying hokum karena sangat mendukung pembentukan akhlak dan karakter anak PAUD.
