Upaya Meningkatkan Motivasi dan Kompetensi Menyusun RPP Cooperative Learning Model Example Non Example Melalui Supervisi Akademik Bagi Guru Kelas di SD Negeri 02 Kedungjeruk Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kompetensi menyusun RPP Cooperative Learning model Example Non Example melalui supervisi akademik bagi guru kelas di SD Negeri 02 Kedungjeruk semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 5 bulan diawali bulan Juli 2019 sampai dengan bulan November 2019. Tempat penelitian di SD Negeri 02 Kedungjeruk, Dinas Pendidikan dan KebudayaanKecamatan Mojogedang Kabupaten Karanganyar. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas 1,2, 3, 4, 5, dan 6 dengan jumlah 6 orang guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS). Tindakan yang dilakukan sebanyak dua kali dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu: perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan tindakan, dan refleksi hasil pengamatan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, lembar observasi/pengamatan. Alat pengumpulan data berupa hasil supervisi RPP Cooperative Learning model Example Non Example Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif komparatif dengan membandingkan hasil kondisi awal dengan siklus I, dan siklus II dilanjutkan refleksi. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penerapan supervisi akademik mampu membantu kepala sekolah meningkatkan motivasi dan kompetensi menyusun RPP Cooperative Learning model Example Non Example, bagi guru kelas di SD Negeri 02 Kedungjeruk semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.Downloads
