Perubahan kurikulum terjadi secara dinamis sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Perubahan paradigma diperlukan oleh guru dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan tuntutan zaman dalam menghadapi dinamika pendidikan yang terus berubah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan perubahan paradigma guru dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri Bulukantil dengan sumber data pada penelitian ini ialah data primer yaitu kepala sekolah, tiga guru, komite sekolah, dengan total informan sebanyak lima orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan paradigma dalam kurikulum merdeka di SDN Bulukantil, perubahan tersebut menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap pendekatan pembelajaran guru. Perubahan paradigma dalam kurikulum merdeka di SD Negeri Bulukantil tercermin dalam berbagai aspek kurikulum, perubahan pendekatan dalam pembelajaran, maupun partisipasi guru dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Kesimpulannya Implementasi kurikulum merdeka di Sekolah Dasar, khususnya di SD Negeri Bulukantil telah membawa perubahan paradigma bagi para guru.
