Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- Articles are the results of research, studies, and conceptual ideas in the fields of education and language learning, literature and local culture, both formal and non-formal.
- The article has never been published before, in both print and non-print media. Plagiarism check below 20%.
- The margins on the top, bottom, right and left are all 3 cm.
- The font size used is; title (14pt), author's name (12pt), correspondence address (10pt), abstract (10pt), article content (12pt), bibliography (12pt).
- Article length is 15-20 pages, 1 column format, 1.5 spacing
- The systematic writing of research articles contains: (a) title, (b) author's name (without title); (c) correspondence address (written under the author's name), (d) abstract: is the digest of the text; (e) key words: under the abstract; (f) introduction: (without the title of the section): contains the background, problem / objective, brief literature review; (g) research methods: contains research design, population, samples, data collection methods / research instruments, and data analysis techniques; (h) results and discussion: presents and clearly discusses the subject with reference to the purpose of writing; (i) conclusions and suggestions, (j) bibliography: references referred to must be used and included in the text of the article.
- Systematics of writing conceptual ideas articles containing: (a) title; (b) the author's name; (c) correspondence addresses; (d) abstract; (e) key words; (f) introduction (without subtitles); (g) subheadings (as needed); (h) conclusions and suggestions; and (i) bibliography (containing books cited in the text).
- The article title is no more than 12 words (Indonesian) and 10 words (English), written in capital letters and in bold. The title is concise, but informative enough to describe the contents of the article. If possible avoid using abbreviations.
- Abstracts are made in Indonesian and English on one page. It contains about 200 words, both Indonesian abstract and English abstract. Times New Roman font, 10pt size with 1 (one) space. In general, it contains the objectives, methods, and results of applying the method to the problems discussed.
- The indentiation of the paragraph (the indentation of the first letter) is 7 beats (7 spaces).
- All English or foreign terms are italicized.
- The citation method must maintain the standard of the citation (Author Last Name, Year). Example: (Fanani, 2012). The style of reference like 'si Badu (1969) in si Dadap (1998) in si Fulan (2009) is not a standard method of reference because it borrows the eyes of others. The first mention of the abbreviation must be given the acronym, for example the National Seminar on Information Systems & Technology (SNASTI).
- The bibliography contained herein should be cited in the text by referring to the APA-style format (see http://www.apastyle.org/). The referenced library must be in the bibliography and not less than 10 references. References must be relevant, current and 50% of the time are primary references (national journals, international journals). The reference update is recommended for the last ten years. Authors are not allowed to refer to wikipedia and blog pages whose credibility is not trusted.
- All data, opinions, and statements in the article are entirely the responsibility of the author, not the editorial team.
