Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of physical, social and psychological factors on job satisfaction of Siti Fatimah Hospital employees both simultaneously and partially and this type of research is associative research. The sample used is 93 employees. The data used is primary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is qualitative which is quantified. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the linear regression analysis indicate that there is a positive influence of physical, social and psychological factors on job satisfaction of Siti Fatimah Hospital employees. There is a positive and significant influence of physical factors on job satisfaction of Siti Fatimah Hospital employees. There is a positive and significant influence of social factors on job satisfaction of Siti Fatimah Hospital employees. There is a positive and significant influence of psychological factors on job satisfaction of Siti Fatimah Hospital employees.
