Analisis Konstruksi Konsep Pembelajaran Micro Teaching dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Mengajar melalui Kemampuan Pemahaman Materi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi

Micro Teaching merupakan matakuliah prasyarat yang harus dituntaskan oleh mahasiswa pendidikan (calon guru) sebelum menempuh praktek pengalaman lapangan di sekolah. Maka tujuan penelitian ini guna menganalisa konsep pembelajaran yang diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas mengajar pada aspek kemampuan pemahaman materi, hal ini dilakukan agar mahasiswa dapat menjadi pengajar yang memiliki kemampuan akademik dan professional. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif, Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Lumajang yang telah menempuh matakuliah micro teaching dengan Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawacara mendalam dan observasi kegiatan pembelajaran micro teaching. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan berdasarkan hasil wawancara kepada dosen dan mahasiswa, konsep pembelajaran micro teaching sesuai dengan tahapan yang harus dimiliki oleh mahasiswa terfokuskan pada kompetensi pedagogi, seperti keterampilan Menyusun perangkat pembelajaran, keterampilam membuka sampai menutup Pelajaran. Karakter yang ditanamkan oleh pengajar kepada calon guru bermuara pada kompetensi professional melalui pemahaman materi yang telah diajarkan. Sistem penilaian yang digunakan bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas mengajar yang diamati selama proses praktek mengajar mahasiswa melalui micro teaching. Secara rinci konsep pembelajara micro teaching pengajar telah menerapkan kemampuan mahasiswa mulai dari merancang, melaksanakan, mengamati dan mengevaluasi selama penampilan praktek masing-masing mahasiswa.
