Implementasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Al Hadi Girikusuma

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan oleh Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Al Hadi Girikusuma. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen terkait kepemimpinan di madrasah tersebut. Data dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan empat prinsip dasar kepemimpinan transformasional, yaitu pengaruh ideal (idealized influence), inspirasi motivasi (inspirational motivation), rangsangan intelektual (intellectual stimulation), dan pertimbangan individual (individualized consideration). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah berhasil menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif dan partisipatif, memotivasi guru dan staf melalui komunikasi efektif, serta mendorong inovasi dalam pengelolaan pendidikan. Implementasi kepemimpinan transformasional ini berdampak positif pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan pengelolaan madrasah secara keseluruhan. Kesimpulannya, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Al Hadi Girikusuma efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja madrasah dan mendukung terciptanya suasana pendidikan yang inovatif dan adaptif.
