Edukasi, Sosialisasi, dan Simulasi Bencana Alam Pada Masyarakat Melalui Pendekatan Berbasis Teknologi Dengan Memanfaatkan Sosial Media

Media sosial serta teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah jamak dimanfaatkan dalam kesiapsiagaan bencana alam. Namun demikian, perlu dilakukan usaha-usaha sistematis agar pemanfaatannya positif, konstruktif, dan efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberi edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang hal tersebut melalui program sosialisasi dan simulasi bencana alam dengan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web, multimedia, kegiatan-kegiatan interaktif, dan berbagai platform media sosial. Setelah tahap pembuatan poster dan bahan-bahan digital, tahap pelaksanaan meliputi workshop dengan aparat dan masyarakat desa, edukasi dari rumah ke rumah, dan simulasi di sekolah. Tahap terakhir adalah evaluasi, yang menunjukkan tingkat ketercapaian tujuan yang sangat tinggi. Terlihat antusiasme tinggi dan resepsi positif masyarakat terhadap materi sosialisasi, serta munculnya ide-ide positif bagi tindak lanjut kesiapsiagaan bencana. Saran dan rekomendasi ditawarkan bagi keberlanjutan program serupa dan penanganan isu-isu yang mengemuka selama kegiatan ini.
