ASSESSMENT OF FACE-TO-FACE TEACHING PROFICIENCY LEVELS POST COVID-19 PANDEMIC AT MI DARUSSALAM PASIR PENGARAIAN

This study aims to look at the basic skills of teaching MI Darussalam Pasir Pengaraian teachers face-to-face after the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used is descriptive descriptive research to describe descriptively the ability of basic teaching skills. Data collection instruments using observation and documentation studies. The results of the study found that the average basic teaching ability of teachers at MI Darussalam after the Covid-19 Pandemic after being given socialization and teaching exercises 1 and 2 was 69.75 in the good category. There are several indicators of basic teaching skills that are still difficult for teachers to achieve because they have been doing online learning for a long time, namely explaining skills, giving reinforcement skills and skills in carrying out variations.
