PENILAIAN TINGKAT KEMAHIRAN MENGAJAR SECARA TATAP MUKA PASCA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI MI DARUSSALAM PASIR PENGARAIAN

Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang besar bagi sektor pendidikan di Indonesia. Banyak permasalahan dan persoalan yang dihadapi oleh seluruh komponen Pendidikan dalam menyelenggarakan keberlanjutan pembelajaran sebagaimana mestinya. MI Darussalam Pasir Pengaraian merupakan salah satu sekolah yang berdampak covid-19, dimana pihak sekolah juga mengikuti anjuran dari pemerintah untuk melaksanakan sekolah secara daring. Namun saat ini, MI Darusalam telah melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran secara tatap muka langsung. Timbulnya permasalahan akan kemampuan belajar siswa yang telah lama belajar secara daring menjadi cambuk tersendiri bagi guru, guru dituntut harus memberikan pembelajaran secara lebih mendalam dan bermakna. Oleh karena itu, penelitian mengenai Penilaian Tingkat Kemahiran Mengajar Secara Tatap Muka Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 di MI Darussalam Pasir Pengaraian perlu dilakukan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif non hipotesis dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei, yaitu penelitian yang bersifat mengumpulkan data sebanyak-banyaknya mengenai kemampuan dasar mengajar guru di kelas. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mendapati bahwa rata-rata kemampuan dasar mengajar guru-guru di MI Darussalam Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 setelah diberikan sosialisasi dan latihan mengajar 1 dan 2 adalah 69,75 dengan kategori baik.Unduhan
