PENGARUH MODEL GROUP INVESTIGATION TERHADAP MOTIVASI DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model group investigation berbantu media papan ajaib terhadap motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV tema 8 daerah tempat tinggalku di SD Muhammadiyah Cipete. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent (pretest-posttest) Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah yang berjumlah 51 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t independent dengan syarat uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Data hasil motivasi dan prestasi belajar dianalisis menggunakan uji prasyarat uji normalitas dan homogenitas menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Hasil hipotesis motivasi belajar manual menunjukkan > atau 2,51 > 2,000 dan hasil SPSS menunjukkan Sig. < 0,05 atau 0,48 < 0,05. Hasil hipotesis prestasi belajar manual menunjukkan > atau 2,04 > 2,000 dan hasil SPSS menunjukkan Sig. < 0,05 atau 0,034 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model group investigation berbantu media papan ajaib terhadap motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV tema 8 daerah tempat tinggalku di SD Muhammadiyah Cipete.
