Peningkatan Aktivitas dan Kemampuan Guru dalam Pelaksanaaan Pembelajaran Model CTL Melalui Supervisi Klinis

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan kemampuan guru dalam pelaksanaaan pembelajaran model CTL melalui supervisi klinis bagi guru kelas di SD Negeri 1 Panggang Jepara Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Tempat penelitian di SD Negeri 1 Panggang Jepara. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas 1,2, 3, 4, 5, dan 6 dengan jumlah 6 orang guru. Supervisi klinis yang diterapkan menggunakan pendekatan kolaboratif yaitu teknik kelompok dan individu. Tindakan yang dilakukan sebanyak dua kali dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu: perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan tindakan, dan refleksi hasil pengamatan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, lembar observasi/pengamatan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif komparatif dengan membandingkan hasil kondisi awal dengan siklus I, dan siklus II dilanjutkan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan supervisi akademik mampu membantu kepala sekolah meningkatkan aktivitas dan kemampuan guru dalam pelaksanaaan pembelajaran model CTL melalui supervisi klinis bagi guru kelas di SD Negeri 1 Panggang Jepara Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan kondisi awal sampai siklus II.
