PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA TEMA BERHEMAT ENERGI MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN THINK PAIR SHARE (TPS)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk a) mengetahui penggunaan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) pada muatan pelajaran IPA tema 2 “Selalu Berhemat Energi” siswa kelas IV SDN Pucung Kidul 01 Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. b) mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar muatan pelajaran IPA Tema 2 “Selalu Berhemat Energi” melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) siswa kelas IV SDN Pucung Kidul 01 Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang menggunakan 2 siklus, setiap masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu: 1) perencanaan, 2) tindakan, 3) observasi, 4) refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Pucung Kidul 01 sebanyak 27 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui model adanya peningkatan melalui model pembalajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV pada muatan pelajaran IPA tema 2 selalu berhemat energi. Ini dibuktikan hasil belajar siklus I meningkat dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 66,62 dan presentase ketuntasan 55,55%. Siklus II meningkat dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 82,22 dan presentase ketuntasan sebesar 85,18 %.
