IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TEAM GAME TOURNAMENT (TGT) MODEL IN IMPROVING COLLABORATION CAPABILITY CLASS V PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model TGT dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kolaborasi pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada peserta didik kelas V SD N 1 Sribitan yang berjumlah 24 peserta didik dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan tes. Data yang diperoleh diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kolaborasi peserta didik kelas V SD N 1 Sribitan dikategorikan selalu meningkat pada setiap siklusnya. Pernyataan tersebut berdasarkan hasil kemampuan kolaborasi peserta didik, yakni sebelum adanya perlakuan nilai rata-ratanya adalah 60 dan setelah adanya perlakuan pada siklus I menjadi 72, dan hasil dari siklus II mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 90, serta terdapat peningkatan kolaborasi yang ditandai dengan tercapainya indikator kolaborasi. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model TGT dapat berpengaruh baik terhadap kemampuan kolaborasi peserta didik, karena terjadi peningkatan kemampuan kolaborasi pada siklus I dan II.
