Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, or is under consideration by another journal (or an explanation has not been provided in comments to the editor).
    Manuscript files are in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
    When available, URLs for references have been provided.
    1 spaced text; 12 fonts; italics; not underlined (except URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed in the text at appropriate points, not at the end.
    Texts that comply with the requirements regarding library and language style are outlined in the Author Guidelines, which will be found on the About Us page.
    If acceptance is for the peer-review portion of the journal, the instructions contained in Ensuring Anonymous Reviewers are followed.

Author Guidelines

CONTENTS GUIDELINES

Title

  1. The title of the article must be short, informative, 12-14 words.
  2. The title is written in Indonesian and English with capital letters except for the species name.
  3. The name of the institution must be written in full.

Abstract

  1. Abstracts are written in one paragraph in English (italics) and Indonesian, no more than 250 words each.
  2. The abstract contains background highlights, materials and research methods including prominent quantitative data related to the title.

Keywords

Inclusion of keywords maximum of 5 words arranged alphabetically.

Introduction

The introduction contains the background and supporting literature which ends with the research objectives.

Materials and Methods

  1. The main materials used must have clear specifications and sources.
  2. The method used must be reproducible and if it is taken from another source, it must be accompanied by a citation.
  3. The specifications for the tools used are mentioned except for glassware.

Results and Discussion

  1. Titles of Tables and Figures must be numbered sequentially according to the article.
  2. Discussion of research results accompanied by appropriate literature support.
  3. Decimal numbers are written with commas for Indonesian; decimal number adjusted to the type of analysis.
  4. Data presented in mean ± SEM form. The data must be accompanied by an appropriate statistical analysis, including complete information regarding the sampling procedure, repetition and selection of the statistical method used.

Conclusion

Conclusions are drawn based on the results and discussion with reference to the research objectives.

Acknowledgments (if necessary)

Write down the names of institutions or individuals who play a role in funding research implementation and writing articles.

  1. The order of the library is arranged alphabetically.
  2. Books are capitalized at the beginning of every word except for the name of the Magazine or Journal/Bulletin written with standard abbreviations according to the web of science, website address:
