Integrasi Kurikulum Nasional dan Kurikulum Internasional Di SMA Santa Ursula Jakarta Dalam Mendukung Kompetensi Abad 21 dan Pendidikan Karakter

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Kurikulum Nasional dan Internasional secara integratif di SMA Santa Ursula Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dan didukung oleh data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah menggabungkan Kurikulum Nasional (Kurikulum Merdeka dan K-13) dengan Kurikulum Cambridge secara parsial, terutama pada mata pelajaran seperti Bahasa Inggris, Matematika, dan Sains. Strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan berfokus pada student-centered learning, experiential learning, serta pemanfaatan teknologi, seperti Virtual Reality dan Metaverse. Nilai-nilai karakter SERVIAM diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran untuk memperkuat spiritualitas dan etika siswa. Program unggulan, seperti pertukaran pelajar dan pengembangan bahasa asing mendukung pencapaian kompetensi global. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, integrasi kurikulum ini dirancang untuk mendukung pengembangan siswa yang unggul secara akademik, berkarakter, adaptif, dan siap menghadapi tantangan global.
